Hydration, MST shoe, & Garmin GPS Review

Runner's World Magazine

Lee Williams, Kory Kennedy

A review in the column Test Run of some new hydration systems/bottles that the author warms up to. The following reviews are the MBT (Masai Barefoot Technology) shoe & the Garmin 450 GPS watch. While the reviewer was a fan of the Garmin's crazy tech features, the same couldn't be said for the shoe. A shoe that claims to imitate walking/running barefoot by encasing one's foot in a few inches of off-camber rubber.. sounds like BST to the reviewer, and anyone with a shred of common sense.
