A few updates in both Sports & Humour sections, with more to come as we near publication dates. Also, check out the newest Communication Arts Illustration Annual, I've been lucky enough to snag a full page & be included with so many other incredibly talented illustrators. So much inspiration, so little time! Lastly, sorry for all the down time early this week, I'm moving servers so hopefully this doesn't happen again, nor so often. Merci!

For a magical triple play, the illustrations for Backpacker magazine have just been accepted into the next Ai Awards. Very exciting & a huge thanks (again) to Mr. Matthew Bates… check out the 'Spots' section here for the Haunted National Parks illos. Fantastical spring to all ye who read this. Later gators.

Applied Arts sent along news that 2 series I did last year were selected for inclusion into the upcoming Illustration & Photography Annual! Huzzah. Thanks to Adam Sommerfeld at the Globe & Mail, & another thanks to Matthew Bates for the awesome pieces for Backpacker… Great Art Directors beget great pieces! Otherwise, busy-busy-busy, with a bunch of updates on the right & more to come later this week. Welcome back sunlight & Spring too, just for good measure. Tootles.

Why do you continue when we're all so tired of you? You're like a bad party guest who just won't leave, even after you've tossed your lunch in the fish tank & taken the last beers in the house. I just got news that the 'Haunted' series for Backpacker Magazine got into the upcoming Communication Arts Illustration Annual. Huzzah! Thanks to a Mr.Matthew Bates (AD) for the call & helping to make those illos work. They're some of my favourites from the last year. (see the 'spots' section). Helloes. Two new pieces up that were ubber fun to create for the friendly people at the Globe & Mail. Thanks to Mr.Woodside & Sommerfeld. Back to the self imposed whip-cracking for me!
